that question -- the roles of our committee are you cannot use something that you learned in a classified session. i can give you my assessment based on questions, my investigation, that what susan rice did was use talking points, pulled out originally by the cia signed off by the intelligence community, those were requested by the house committee. the intelligence committee sign off of it. the key was there were unclassified talking points at an early stage. i do not think she should be pelerine for this. she did what i would have done or anybody else would have done that was going on a weekend show. you would have said what talking points can i use? you get an unclassified version. i just remember -- i just read it to the committee what i was going to tell you and questions asked. to be sure it did not violate our rules. this particularly is for people in public office because you are used to answering questions candidly to have to be restricted to what is unclassified. is very difficult for your >> did he talk about his resignation? >> [indiscernible] >> i think it is making a very div

>> based on our investigation, it led us to the state's attorney's office who decided we should go forward with charges. >> reporter: as spelled out in court documents, one of the victims was a neighbor of the accused who stayed for a period at the farrow home because of problems at his own home. the alleged incidents were said to have happened most of the time at farrow's home, either in the house in a basement or spare bedroom. it's also alleged there were encounters in a trailer on the property. according to court documents, there was at least one incident of inappropriate behavior while farrow's wife was home asleep. farrow allegedly began by showing the youths pornographic videos and the contact escalated to sexual touching and oral sex. they were alleged to have happened with both boys present. the documents say the two youths had refused to perform acts on each other despite farrow's urging. when the boys were 13 or 14 years old, the activity stopped. >> they're not ruling out the possibility of other victims out there. >> reporter: farrow was ordered held on $250,000 bond.

you have got to use a generator. loss of gas stations are empty or have no power. damaged distribution centers and refineries are off line. and ports are closed. so the tankers can't deliver any new fuel. so, what you get, wow, look at this line. speeding it up now, northern new jersey outside of new york city. it just goes on and on and on. fortunately things should get better at some point. try telling that to somebody who runs out of gas while waiting in line to fill up. and here you have a picture of a guy in new jersey who had to siphon what little gas he had out of his car so he could fill his generator. keep in mind, sandy effects people across 17 states. along the coast, there is destruction on a scale that this region has never before witnessed. four and a half million homes are still without power as fox reports tonight. and now the latest estimate for the storm's economic damage? a staggering $50 billion. that would make sandy the second costliest storm trailing only virginia. the federal government is feeding hundreds of thousands of victims who in many cases no longer have
